    Tripnetic may cancel or modify bookings due to force majeure events, safety concerns, or supplier changes.

In such cases, Tripnetic will offer alternative arrangements or full refunds where alternatives are not acceptable.

Customers will be notified promptly of such changes.

    Upon cancellation approval, refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 30 business days depending on bank processing times.

Service fees and convenience charges paid to Tripnetic are generally non-refundable.

    Customers who fail to use booked services without prior cancellation will forfeit full payment.

    For cancellations due to death or serious medical emergencies, Tripnetic Global may consider partial refunds, subject to valid documentation and supplier agreement.

    Any amendments to confirmed bookings, including changes in dates or passenger names, are subject to availability, supplier consent, and may incur additional charges.
